1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ridery App, website, or any related services (“Ridery”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Ridery’s platform.
Ridery reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Our Services
Ridery App LLC provides a digital platform that connects passengers (“Riders”) with independent transportation providers (“Drivers”) for ride-hailing, carpooling, and related mobility services across different vehicle types (cars, motorcycles, vans, and trucks).
Ridery does not provide transportation services directly and is not a transportation carrier. All driving services are provided by independent contractors who operate under their own responsibility and insurance.
3. Eligibility
To use Ridery’s platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (for Drivers).
- Agree to all background, identity, and vehicle verification checks.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation laws.
Ridery may suspend or deactivate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. User Accounts
Users must create an account using accurate and verifiable information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to share your account or allow third parties to access it. Ridery may terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized use.
5. Payment and Fares
All fares on Ridery are calculated based on flat-rate categories designed for transparency:

Drivers receive a higher revenue percentage than traditional platforms, acknowledging their fuel, insurance, and maintenance expenses.
6. Driver Obligations
All drivers using the Ridery platform must:
- Maintain a valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance.
- Keep their vehicles in safe, roadworthy condition.
- Comply with all applicable traffic laws.
- Treat all passengers with professionalism and respect.
Drivers are fully responsible for:
- Vehicle maintenance and operating costs.
- Any accident, damage, or personal injury resulting from their operation.
- Maintaining valid commercial insurance coverage.
Ridery App LLC is not liable for accidents, vehicle damages, or personal injuries arising from driver negligence or misconduct.
7. Mandatory Dash Camera Policy
For safety and transparency, all Ridery drivers are required to use in-vehicle dash cameras during active rides.
These devices may record video and/or audio strictly for security, insurance, and dispute resolution purposes.
By using Ridery’s platform, both passengers and drivers consent to such recordings.
Drivers are strictly prohibited from:
- Posting or sharing any recording on social media or online platforms.
- Selling or distributing recordings to third parties.
- Using recordings for entertainment or publicity.
Violations will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
8. Safety and Conduct
Ridery enforces a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Alcohol or drug use while driving.
- Violence, harassment, or discrimination.
- Reckless driving or misconduct.
Passengers and drivers are expected to treat each other with respect. Ridery reserves the right to permanently suspend any account that violates community standards or poses a safety risk.
9. Data Collection and Privacy
Ridery collects and processes limited user information as described in our Privacy Policy, including name, location, trip data, and payment information.
All data is handled securely and used only for legitimate business, safety, and operational purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ridery App LLC provides its platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridery is not responsible for:
- Accidents, injuries, or damages arising from rides.
- Loss of personal belongings during a ride.
- Unauthorized access to user data caused by third-party actions.
Ridery’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user for the disputed ride.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, designs, and software associated with Ridery are the exclusive property of Ridery App LLC.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of the brand, logo, or platform elements is strictly prohibited.
12. Termination and Account Deactivation
Ridery may suspend or permanently terminate any user account at its discretion for violations of these Terms, legal obligations, or misuse of the platform.
13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in English, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Users waive any right to participate in class actions or collective claims.
